General Information
Outside-in pressure ultrafiltration is widely used in drinking water*, condensate water, circulating water, wastewater treatment, etc., and is often used in the pretreatment of NF and RO processes, such as reclaimed water reuse, factory drainage, seawater desalination and other applications.* UF membrane module UF-0770 is certified by NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI/CAN 372.
Features
- Outside-in pressure ultrafiltration is made of PVDF hollow fiber membrane and has the following characteristics:
- High manufacturing precision: uniform pore size and narrow distribution, efficient removal of bacteria and particulate matter;
- High filtration flux: high opening rate, large flux and low energy consumption;
- High physical strength: more than 4 times higher than strength by traditional process;
- High oxidation resistance: the maximum NaClO tolerance concentration can reach 5000 ppm;
- High chemical resistance: can be chemically cleaned in the pH range of 1-14.

Packing
Preservative fluid is added to the membrane modules, which are individually packaged before shipping. The membrane modules are wrapped in plastic film bags, sealed and placed in a rigid cardboard box with shockproof and fixation measures.
Storage (Use) Precautions
If the membrane modules are not installed and used temporarily, they should be stacked indoors on a flat and clean floor, away from cold and heat sources, to ensure that there is no corrosion and pollutants around them; the storage temperature should be controlled at 5 to 40°C, and the recommended optimal storage temperature is 20 to 35°C.
Shelf Life
Keep membrane modules in their original packaging if possible. If the above storage conditions are met, new membrane modules can be stored for 2 years.
