General Information
UF membrane is a hydrophilic semi permeable membrane made of UF (ultrafiltration) technology, used for water and wastewater filtration or material separation.TFSFX-2880P UF membrane is a pressurized membrane, which are designed and manufactured for the filtration of surface water, potable water, seawater, industrial wastewater and municipal sewage. These UF membranes are made of upgraded new generation PVDF hollow fibers with extra permeability than SF series.
UF membrane TFSFX-2880P is applied in new systems, as well as directly connected to existing UF systems as replacements, providing high-quality filtrate by removing suspended solids, colloids, pyrogens, bacteria, viruses and other impurities to protect downstream processes.
Features
- Outside-to-inside flow direction
- Upgraded new generation PVDF hollow fiber
- Nominal pore size of 0.03 μm
- Typical filtrate quality SDI ≤ 2.5, turbidity ≤ 0.1 NTU
Advantages
- High tolerance for feed water
- High-quality filtrate
- Less energy needed by extra high permeability
- Longer service life by high fouling resistance and mechanical strength
- Direct and economical UF membrane replacement
Applications
- Surface water
- Potable water
- Beverage clarification
- Industrial wastewater
- Reclaimed water reuse
- Pre-treatment of sea water desalination
